Tomb of the Mask is a fast-paced endless runner video game with gameplay in the style of Pac-Man. The player moves the character through a maze by swiping the screen in the four directions.

The stage-based mode of Tomb of the Mask consists of hundreds of different stages. Each stage contains a varying number of dots, coins and exactly 3 stars that the player must collect while avoiding certain enemies and traps in order to get to the exit. The Shield protects the player from being killed by hazards for 30 seconds. Unlike other power-ups, it is activated by double-tapping the screen or pressing its corresponding button on the bottom-left corner.
